Reel Stream Picks — Shipping Specialist
You’ll be responsible for managing the entire shipping process for customer orders—from label creation to package drop-off. This is a vital role that directly impacts our customer satisfaction and brand reputation. It is an office position, not a warehouse job.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
- Print shipping labels and ensure timely order fulfillment via TikTok Shop
- Maintain an organized and efficient packaging station
- Manage shipping supply inventory and restocking
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues when they arise
- Collaborate with our team to streamline operations and improve workflow
- Ensure all packaging is professional, secure, and brand-aligned
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ year experience in e-commerce shipping (TikTok Shop, Shopify, Etsy, or similar)
- Comfortable using Apple (Mac) systems and software
- Experience with label printers (e.g., Rollo, Dymo) and basic packaging tools
- Highly detail-oriented and dependable
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Must be available for early morning shifts
- Willingness to complete a background check
